Yes… all prayers , thoughts and actions toward the great magnificent creator of all good . This beauty we have inside us all and there are billions of yet to discover wonders in our world  . The one that has gave us the most and is thought of the less by most . Probably the main subject we should learn the most of before anything else before operating in its exsistance . This is the foundation to stand tall and proud of living in its splender array of the upmost greatest and positive  life . The map is already written in its creation of life . All we have to do is follow in these roads already paved and taken upon to safe guard our universal laws and live life as one as we are supposed to and enjoy in sharing then we have it all ..

Well to keep it light as the creator probably intended so we dont become overbearing in anything or go insane here with all the things we can create , here are some gifts out of many given to us to know , love and share .

Health , our well being in pursuit knowing our self to nurture to  be in our best self . We have it all here on our beautiful planet because of a creator , God  .

Mind , Body and Spirit

The MIND should be fead knowledge to procede in a direction , like a robot but we are far more advanced . So as for knowledge maybe we should start with the creator and laws of our earth for these are our teachers of life . So as an infants we get our back bone of knowledge from our parents then we will need to shape our mind with our own choice of knowledge which will further shape our future . The mind should be nurtured with love , peace and understanding with respect for all . We look at our parents towards our guide as we procede to find other like minds . On the highest note we should look at the creator and respect and value the laws of that creator of our world which then should coincide with our man made laws . So feed your mind with knowledge of goodness , share and love living life .

The BODY is our machine which will help us get were we would like to go , so once again learn about your body , exercise and feed it well .

Our SPIRIT which I like to believe is like our wings which are made from the creator , all made up of things good that we are made from that shall carry us above . We tend to loose our strong spirit through our journey through life as if we do not exercise we loose our mucsles . So we have to keep practice of our exercises or food for our mind. Prayer in deep meditative state , yoga , tai chi , meditation are needed to fill our wings to keep us elevated closest to our magnificent creator of all .

Oh Thank You GOD for all your blessings and for Jesus for paving the way for mankind . If not for your sure shot ways to be in the essense of our best selves life is pretty sad . Though in this world created by God but scripted by man it has been kind of hard to live and work with others who dont follow a lot of your ways and stray as far to almost seem devilish . For what is main stream in this man made script  of success is so far from your ways in many lives Ive seen . We believe that every one together as one can contribute to a better plan for all of us to have it all and enjoy life really to its fullest as God would want it to be .

God was there, right there, had always been there, I was simply, in retrospect, too smart to be aware of his presence. I tell people I couldn’t see God for years because my furrowed brow was in the way (that’s the way I talk). Sage gets its name from the Latin word Salvere, which means “to save.”

It had a strong reputation for its healing properties during the middle ages, and was even used to help prevent the plague.

Current research indicates that sage may be able to improve brain function and memory, especially in people with Alzheimer’s disease.

Alzheimer’s disease is accompanied by a drop in the level of acetylcholine, a chemical messenger in the brain. Sage inhibits the breakdown of acetylcholine (12).

In a 4-month study of 42 individuals with mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease, sage extract was shown to produce significant improvements in brain function (13).

Other studies have also shown that sage can improve memory function in healthy people, both young and old (1415).

BOTTOM LINE:There is promising evidence that sage extract can improve brain and memory function, especially in individuals with Alzheimer’s disease.

3. Peppermint Relieves IBS Pain and May Reduce Nausea

Peppermint has a long history of use in folk medicine and aromatherapy.

As is the case with many herbs, it is the oily component that contains the agents responsible for the health effects.

Many studies have shown that peppermint oil can improve pain management in irritable bowel syndrome, or IBS (161718).

It appears to work by relaxing the smooth muscles in the colon, which relieves pain experienced during bowel movements. It also helps to reduce abdominal bloating, which is a common digestive symptom (1920).

There are also some studies showing that peppermint in aromatherapy can help fight nausea.

In a study of over 1,100 women in labor, peppermint aromatherapy caused significant reductions in nausea. It has also been shown to reduce nausea after surgery and C-section births (21222324).

BOTTOM LINE:The natural oil in peppermint provides pain relief for those with IBS. It also has potent anti-nausea effects when used in aromatherapy.

4. Turmeric Contains Curcumin, a Substance With Powerful Anti-Inflammatory Effects

Turmeric is the spice that gives curry its yellow color.

It contains several compounds with medicinal properties, the most important of which is curcumin (25).

Curcumin is a remarkably powerful antioxidant, helping to fight oxidative damage and boosting the body’s own antioxidant enzymes (2627282930).

This is important, because oxidative damage is believed to be one of the key mechanisms behind ageing and many diseases.

Curcumin is also strongly anti-inflammatory, to the point where it matches the effectiveness of some anti-inflammatory drugs (31).

Given that long-term, low-level inflammation plays a major role in almost every chronic Western disease, it is not suprising to see that curcumin is linked to a variety of health benefits.

5. Holy Basil Helps Fight Infections and Boosts Immunity

Not to be confused with regular basil or thai basil, holy basil is considered a sacred herb in India.

Studies show that holy basil can inhibit the growth of a range of bacteria, yeasts and molds (3738).

One small study also found that it can boost function of the immune system by increasing certain immune cells in the blood (39).

Holy basil is also linked to reduced blood sugar levels before and after meals, as well as treating anxiety and anxiety-related depression (4041).

However, these studies were quite small, and more research is needed before any recommendations can be made.

BOTTOM LINE:Holy basil appears to improve immune function and inhibit the growth of bacteria, yeasts and molds.

6. Cayenne Pepper Contains Capsaicin, Which Helps Reduce Appetite and May Have Anti-Cancer Properties

Cayenne pepper is a type of chili pepper used to prepare spicy dishes.

The active ingredient in it is called capsaicin, which has been shown to reduce appetite and increase fat burning in many studies (424344454647).

For this reason, it is a common ingredient in many commercial weight loss supplements.

One study found that adding 1 gram of red pepper to meals reduced appetite and increased fat burning in people who did not regularly eat peppers (48).

However, there was no effect in people who were accustomed to eating spicy food, indicating that a tolerance to the effects can build up.

Some animal studies have also found capsaicin to combat certain forms of cancer, including lung, liver and prostate cancer (49505152).

Of course, these observed anti-cancer effects are far from being proven in humans, so take all of this with a big grain of salt.

BOTTOM LINE:Cayenne pepper is very rich in a substance called capsaicin, which reduces appetite and boosts fat burning. It has also shown anti-cancer potential in animal studies.

7. Ginger Can Treat Nausea and Has Anti-Inflammatory Properties

Ginger is a popular spice used in several forms of alternative medicine.

Studies have consistently shown that 1 gram or more of ginger can successfully treat nausea.

This includes nausea caused by morning sickness, chemotherapy and sea sickness (535455565758).

Ginger also appears to have strong anti-inflammatory properties, and can help with pain management (59).

One study in subjects at risk for colon cancer found that 2 grams of ginger extract per day decreased markers for colon inflammation in the same way as aspirin (60).

Other research found that a mixture of ginger, cinnamon, mastic, and sesame oil decreased pain and stiffness experienced by those with osteoarthritis. It had a similar effectiveness as treatment with aspirin or ibuprofen (61).

BOTTOM LINE:1 gram of ginger appears to be an effective treatment for many types of nausea. It is also anti-inflammatory, and can help reduce pain.

8. Fenugreek Improves Blood Sugar Control

Fenugreek was commonly used in Ayurveda, particularly to enhance libido and masculinity.

While its effects on testosterone levels are inconclusive, fenugreek does seem to have beneficial effects on blood sugar.

It contains the plant protein 4-hydroxyisoleucine, which can improve the function of the hormone insulin (62).

Many human studies have shown that at least 1 gram of fenugreek extract per day can lower blood sugar levels, particularly in diabetics (6364656667).

BOTTOM LINE:Fenugreek has been shown to improve the function of insulin, leading to significant reductions in blood sugar levels.

9. Rosemary Can Help Prevent Allergies and Nasal Congestion

The active ingredient in rosemary is called rosmarinic acid.

This substance has been shown to suppress allergic responses and nasal congestion.

In a study with 29 individuals, both 50 and 200 mg doses of Rosmarinic acid were shown to suppress allergy symptoms (68).

The number of immune cells in nasal mucus also decreased, with reduced congestion.

BOTTOM LINE:Rosmarinic acid has anti-inflammatory effects that appear to suppress allergy symptoms and reduce nasal congestion.

10. Garlic Can Combat Sickness and Improve Heart Health

Throughout ancient history, the main use of garlic was for its medicinal properties (69).

We now know that most of these health effects are due to a compound called allicin, which is also responsible for garlic’s distinct smell.

Garlic supplementation is well

known for combatting sickness, including the common cold (7071).

If you often get colds, then adding more garlic to your diet could be incredibly helpful.

 

There is also convincing evidence for beneficial effects on heart health.

 

For those with high cholesterol, garlic supplementation appears to reduce total and/or LDL cholesterol by about 10-15% (727374).

Human studies have also found garlic supplementation to cause significant reductions in blood pressure in people with high blood pressure (757677).

In one study, it was just as effective

as a blood pressure lowering drug (78).
